% 19.02.2018 After some arguments, Mr. Tikku, learned senior counsel, on instructions seeks to withdraw the case with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

W.P. (C) 4712/2017 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

I may also record that Ms. Acharya, learned senior counsel, on instructions, says that the judgment and decree dated 16.1.2017 passed by Additional District Judge-02, North West, Rohini, in RCA 5095/2016 will not be executed for the next four weeks. The said statement is taken on record.
