% 08.11.2017 While none appears for the petitioner, Ms. Kalra, learned counsel for the respondent, adverts to the status report dated 26.04.2017, whereunder it is stated as under:- "4.

That the records produced before the deponent reveal that the steps to execute the demolition order dated 23.04.2015 were taken on 20.05.2016, 01.07.2016, 21.11.2016, 07.12.2016, 08.12.2016 and 13.02.2017. It is pertinent to mention that on 20.05.2016, 08.12.2016 the demolition actions for removal of roof slabs at fourth floor have been taken and on 13.02.2017, the remaining demolition action at the roof and walls of fourth floor including cutting iron girders of the property were taken and making the unauthorized construction unusable. The photographs showing the effective and substantial demolition action has been taken on 13.02.2017 and in support thereof, the photographs showing the demolition action against the booked unauthorized construction at fourth floor are being produced and annexed herewith as Annexure R-2 Colly."

Orders allegedly violated were passed in respect of the alleged illegal unauthorized construction being carried on the roof of the third floor. In view thereof, the petition is disposed off. A. K. CHAWLA, J NOVEMBER 08, 2017 SRwt
