% 13.02.2019 Petitioner assails the impugned order dated 20.04.2017 passed by the ACJ-ARC, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Eviction Petition No.77261/2016 whereby the leave to defend application of the respondent was allowed. Admittedly the trial has started and matter is listed for recording the evidence of the petitioner/landlord on 27.03.2019. Hence as submitted petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to make endeavour to expedite the trial and to conclude it preferably within a year from the date fixed. Copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court for information. No order as to costs.
