% 16.12.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is not having any nexus with FIR no.

344/2016, under Sections 354/323/506/307/313 IPC, registered at PS Badarpur, Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner has already joined the investigation on 06-11-2016 and the petitioner is not required for further investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner is anticipating arrest from PS Badarpur, Delhi in the aforesaid FIR and the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail.

State have opposed the bail application. However, APP for the State admits that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 06-11-2016. Looking into the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to join further investigation whenever and wherever is required and in the event of his arrest, he be released on anticipatory bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer / SHO, PS Badarpur, Delhi with the direction that he shall not make telephonic call to the complainant and he shall not visit the house of the complainant at A-15, Street No. 8, Modadband, Badarpur, New Delhi. This order shall not affect the merits of the case. The bail application stands disposed off accordingly. Copy of this order be given dasti.
