% 08.05.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that default assessment order has been passed which the petitioner would be challenging before the Objection Hearing Authority. He seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and follow the statutory course. Taking the statement of the counsel for the petitioner on record, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. We clarify that we have not commented on merits. All issues and contentions are left open.
