This is an application preferred on behalf of the Plaintiff for withdrawal of the suit as the matter has been settled between the parties. 2.

The terms of settlement are incorporated in a Memorandum of Understanding executed on 18.03.2025, copy of which has been placed on record along with the application.

Mr. Nitesh Mehra, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Defendant and has no objection to the withdrawal of the suit. 5.

Accordingly, the application is allowed recording the settlement between the parties.
