% 06.12.2017 The parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 5th December, 2017 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Counsel for the respondent hands over to the petitioner, who is present in Court, six post-dated cheques of Rs.50,000/- each. Mr.Suresh Upreti, Sr. Manager Accounts of the respondent submits that these cheques would be duly honoured on presentation.

The petitioner has handed over the possession of two wheeler bearing Registration No.DL3SAQ7054 to the respondent. Parties will abide by the remaining terms of the agreement. In view of the above settlement, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
