% 23.03.2017 Today in Court, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 3 has entered appearance. He has handed over a photocopy of the Office Memorandum dated 21st March, 2017 by virtue of which the recovery notices issued against the petitioners have been withdrawn and it has been decided to pay back the amounts that had been erroneously recovered under the Office Memorandum dated 29th July, 2016. A photocopy of the Office Memorandum dated 21st March, 2017 is taken on record. Respondents are directed to forthwith give effect to the Office Memorandum dated 21st March, 2017.

In view thereof, present contempt petition and application are disposed of as satisfied.
