1. Issue notice. Mr. Ankur Chhibber, the learned counsel accepts notice for the Respondents. He stated that the refund amount together with interest has been paid to the Petitioner.

2. If the Petitioner has any grievance as regards the calculation of interest, it may approach the VATO first and thereafter seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
