2. Issue notice. Mr. Rahul Sharma, the learned counsel accepts notice for the Respondents. He assures the Court that the refund order shall be issued within a period of 2 weeks from today.

3. It is directed that within a period of 2 weeks from the passing of the refund order, the refund amount together with interest due thereon will be paid directly to the account of the Petitioner. W.P.(C) 4703/2017

4. In the event that there is non-compliance with the above directions, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of.
