Learned APP accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.1. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are also present in the Court with their counsel and accept notice through their counsel. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioner of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They further submit that they are not willing to pursue criminal proceedings against the petitioner ay further and, therefore, FIR may be quashed.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case more particularly, the fact that respondent nos.2 and 3 have settled their dispute with the petitioner, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 120/2016 under Sections 288/337 OPC registered at PS Hauz Qazi and the consequent

proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
