% 27.10.2016 After hearing the respective counsels, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to treat this writ petition as representation of the writ petitioners and take a decision thereon, in accordance with law, after giving the writ petitioners, an opportunity of hearing within a period of three months from date. The decision shall duly be communicated to the petitioners.

In the event, the petitioners are aggrieved by the decision, it would be open to the petitioner to pursue such remedies, as may be available to them in law.
