Petitioner is an employee of a government school run by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi, and therefore, petitioner is an employee of Govt. of NCT of Delhi.

The disputes which are subject matter of the present writ petition will therefore have to be decided by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Principal Bench, New Delhi, and therefore, at the request made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi and CAT will decide the petition if filed before it in W.P.(C) 9960/2016

accordance with law.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
