As per the order dated 10.06.2016 passed by the learned ADJ, North East District, the suit has been erroneously forwarded to the North East District, Karkardooma Courts, whereas the competent court of jurisdiction is stated to be East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff requests that the Registry be directed to forward the file to the competent court in East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

Ordered accordingly. The Registry is directed to ensure that the file of this case is forwarded to the District & Sessions Judge (East District), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. The parties are directed to appear before the concerned court on 5th September, 2016.

As none is present on behalf of the defendants today, counsel for the plaintiff shall give a written intimation of the next date of hearing to the counsel for the defendants.
