% 20.03.2018 This complaint under Section 454 (5) and (5A) of the Companies Act is filed against the respondents. Learned counsel for the OL points out that as far as respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are concerned, they are not Indian citizens and appear to have returned back to Korea. As far as respondent No. 3 is concerned, he is untraceable.

It would be a futile exercise to continue the present proceedings. Petition stands disposed of.
