CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 09.10.2018 Respondent no.2 Smt.Manju is present in Court and accepts notice. She has been identified by ASI Anil Kumar, Police Station-Inder Puri. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, she has no objection in case FIR No.132/2013 under Sections 451/354/354A/323/427/34 IPC registered at police station-Inder Puri and consequent proceedings therefrom are quashed against the petitioners. Affidavit of respondent no.2 to this effect is also on record. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2. I am of the view that no fruitful purpose would be served in

keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
