% 11.01.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press the instant petition, however, submits that the respondent No.2 may be directed to join the investigation as and when called by the Investigating Officer concerned.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed being not pressed. The respondent No.2 is directed to join the investigation on 04.02.2016 at 4.00 PM and thereafter as and when called by the concerned Investigating Officer.
