% 10.07.2017 It is submitted by both the parties that the matter has been amicably settled in terms of settlement as incorporated in para No.3 of IA No.7452/2017. The application is duly supported by affidavit of parties.

It is prayed that the terms of compromise be recorded and a compromise decree be passed. Further prayer is also made for deletion of the name of Anand Chetty - defendant No.1 from the array of defendants and as also the modification of name of defendant No.2 as on 01.12.2016 the name of defendant No.2 company is replaced as Miramed Ajuba Solutions Private Limited. The certificate

of incorporation pursuant to change of name of defendant No.2 is also annexed. Both prayers are allowed. Let amended memo of parties be placed on record.

Statement of Mr.Narasimha Nayak, Director Finance of defendant No.2 has been recorded separately in the presence of both learned counsel for parties.

In view of statement so recorded, the suit of the plaintiff is hereby decreed as having been compromised. Parties to bear their cost. The terms of settlement in para No.3 of IA No.7452/2017 shall form part of the decree.

In view of disposal of suit having been compromised the CCP (O) No.17/2015 also stands disposed of. The pending application applications are also disposed of.
