The respondent undertakes to deposit the amount by 18.11.2017. If deposited, it be released in favour of the petitioner subject to furnishing an undertaking in the form of an affidavit by an authorised representative of the petitioner on record to abide by the directions that may be passed by the Supreme Court in the SLP that has been filed by the respondent.
