% 21.01.2016 Status report has been filed by the respondent no. 2, wherein it has been stated that proceeding under Sections 85/86-A of the DLR Act, 1954 are pending before the Revenue Assistant (Narela), wherein issue of adjudication as well as declaration of Bhumidari rights is to be adjudicated. It is further stated that due process of law has been invoked by filing petition under Section 86-A of the aforesaid Act, inasmuch as answering respondent is not taking law in its hand. In view of this statement made in the status report, present writ petition is not pressed and is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. A.K. PATHAK, J.
