% 11.09.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner assails the impugned order dated 16.07.2018 of the learned ADJ-03, Rohini Courts, Delhi in CS No. 58782/16 vide which the prayer made by the petitioner herein seeking framing of additional issues with regard to the ground of resjudicata was declined, and vide which the prayer seeking that issues no. 3, 4, 5 & 7 be treated as preliminary issues, were declined. At this stage after some submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition, which is thus dismissed as withdrawn.
