3. In that view of the matter, the Court no orders are called for in the present petition. This is without prejudice to the contentions of the Respondents regarding jurisdiction of this Court to entertain the present petition. ARB.P. 642/2016

4. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.

5. The date of 11th January, 2017 is cancelled.
