Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. He, however, prays that since the petitioner is aged 85 years old has filed for recovery of arrears of rent and damages, the Trial Court be directed to expedite the proceedings.

In view of the above, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and endeavour to conclude the same within a period of six months from the next date before the Trial Court. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent is the current resident of H-901, Caitriona Apartments Behind Ambience Mall, Gurugram.

Respondent is directed to place on record of the Trial Court his latest residential address by way of an affidavit on the next date of hearing before the Trial Court.
