% 14.12.2017 Learned APP submits that Ms. Manju is also one of the accused in the FIR but she has not been made a party to this petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners has made an oral prayer for impleadment of Ms. Manju as respondent no. 4. Prayer is allowed. Ms. Manju is impleaded as respondent no. 4. Amended memo of parties be filed during the course of the day. FIR no. 55/2017 under Sections 354/354(B)/323/451/34 IPC and under Section 8 of POCSO Act was registered at Police Station Jahangir
Puri on the complaint of respondent no. 2. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 4 are neighbours of respondent nos. 2 and 3. Respondent no. 3 is sister of respondent no. 2.
Petitioners, on the instigation of respondent no. 4, entered in the house of respondent nos. 2 and 3 and misbehaved with them.
With the interventions of elders in the family, petitioners and private respondents have settled their disputes amicably; therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed.
Respondent no. 2 and her mother are present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by W/ASI Raj Rani of police station Jahangir Puri. Respondent no. 2 and her mother say that they have settled the matter with petitioners of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent no. 2 submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further against the petitioners and the same may be quashed.
Keeping in mind the fact that a quarrel took place between the petitioners and private respondents, which led to registration of the present FIR and now, neighbours have settled their disputes amicably, in the interest of justice, FIR no. 55/2017 under Sections 354/354(B)/323/451/34 IPC and under Section 8 of POCSO Act registered at Police Station Jahangir Puri,
which is at the investigation stage, is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
