By an order dated 04.11.2016, it was proposed to appoint Mr Bharat Bhushan, ADJ (Retired) as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The proposed arbitrator has filed the necessary disclosure. 2.

Accordingly, Mr Bharat Bhushan, ADJ (Retired) is appointed as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The fee of the Arbitrator is fixed in accordance with Schedule IV of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The parties are at liberty to approach the Arbitrator for fixing a preliminary hearing.

The petition is disposed of.
