Pursuant to this Court's order dated 8th May, 2017 IN W.P.(C) No. 3931/2017, an order has been passed by the Additional Commissioner of Customs on 16th May, 2017 declining the request for provisional release of the goods. This is an appealable order. It is open to the Petitioner to seek the appropriate statutory remedy in accordance with law.
