% 13.07.2017 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with FIR No.182/2017 dated 08.05.2017 (PS Model Town) instituted for the offences under sections 186/353/332/379/427/34 of the IPC.

The petitioner is alleged to have joined hands with one Vikas and pelted stones. Vikas had earlier fought with a DTC bus driver and on his instigation, the petitioner also indulged in brick bats. There are other allegations in the FIR also but they are of minor nature. Taking into consideration the age of the petitioner and the nature of accusation levelled against him as well as the period of custody, this Court is inclined to release him on bail.

Let the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The application is disposed of.
