The present application has been filed by the Appellant seeking release of the rental amount, along with interest, deposited by the Appellant pursuant to order dated 03.09.2019, in favour of the Appellant.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the amount deposited with this Court is liable to be released in favour of the Appellant in terms of the Settlement Deed executed between the parties.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed. The Registry is directed to release the aforesaid amount, along with accrued interest, in favour of the Appellant, in terms of the Settlement Deed. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
