Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application.

In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the prayer is allowed and the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of. The date already fixed in the matter as 18th January, 2018 stands cancelled.
