% 07.07.2017 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.21/2011, under Sections 323/354/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Karawal Nagar, Delhi and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners and the respondents No.2,3 & 4 are the neighbours and due to a misunderstanding arisen between the parties, the respondents No.2,3 & 4 got registered the aforesaid FIR against the petitioners. Counsel further submits that after the registration of the FIR, the near relative and the friends intervened and the matter has been amicably settled between the parties to
have better neighbourhood relations. Counsel further submits that since the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and nothing remains to be adjudicated further between the parties, the aforesaid FIR, which is coming as a hurdle in the peaceful life of the petitioners, may be quashed. The respondents No.2,3 & 4/injured/complainant are present in Court today and have been identified by the Investigating Officer SI Sandeep Kumar, P.S. Karawal Nagar, Delhi and also represented by their counsel Mr.V.K.Upadhyay, Advocate. The respondents No.
2,3 & 4/injured admit that they have amicably settled the dispute with the petitioners to have better relationship between the parties in present and in near future and nothing further remains to be adjudicated further between the parties and further submit that they have no objection if the aforesaid FIR is quashed. Looking into the aforesaid facts and circumstances, since the dispute has already been settled amicably between the parties and nothing further remains to be adjudicated further, to have better relationship between the neighbours, I deem it appropriate to quash the FIR and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
Consequently, FIR No.21/2011, under Sections 323/354/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Karawal Nagar, Delhi and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed.
