O R D E R

% 05.02.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the respondent Delhi Development Authority accepts that he is unable to point out any specific reason why the copy of the Circular No. EM4(5)98/Vol.II/4267 dated 16.09.2013 cannot be produced before the trial Court, his only submission being that the production of the said document may not be construed as acceptance of it having any bearing on the dispute brought by the petitioner before the Court.

In the given facts and circumstances, the impugned order dated 18.04.2017 passed on the file of CS No.339/2017 is set aside. The respondent Delhi Development Authority shall produce duly certified copy of the Circular No. EM4(5)98/Vol.II/4267 dated 16.09.2013 before the Additional District Judge on the next date of hearing. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
