O R D E R

% 19.12.2017 FIR No.743/2015 under Sections 308/325/34 IPC was registered at Police Station Kirti Nagar on the complaint of respondent no. 2. It is submitted that respondent no. 3 also sustained injuries in the incident. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and have been identified by ASI Rakesh Kant of police station Kirti Nagar. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 admit having settled the matter with petitioners of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Settlement Deed dated 24th May, 2017.

It is further submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are known to each other. A quarrel

took place on some trivial issues, which led to the registration of the aforesaid FIR. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submits that they are not willing to pursue the FIR any further against the petitioners and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as detailed above, in the interest of justice, FIR No.743/2015 under Sections 308/325/34 IPC registered at Police Station Kirti Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
