2. Notice. Mr. Ankur Chhibber, learned counsel accepts notice and assures the Court that within four weeks from today, the refund application of the Petitioner would be processed and orders will be issued by the Respondent/Department.

3. It is directed that one week thereafter the refund amount together with interest payable thereon will be deposited to the Petitioner‟s account directly WP (C) 4813/2017

by the Department. If there is non-compliance with this order, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

4. The petition is disposed of.
