% 19.02.2018 After some arguments, it transpires that though the decree holders for the purposes of present execution petition have taken rent at the rate of Rs.290/- per sq. feet in accordance with the letter dated 03rd August, 2016 issued by the judgment debtor/bank, yet the decree holders have not accepted the other terms of the said letter, in particular, the extent of the area that had been let out. Since the judgment debtor/bank has paid the admitted liability towards rent at the rate of Rs.203/- per sq. feet for the admitted area of 3792.71 sq. feet, this Court is of the view that no further orders are called for in the present execution petition. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as satisfied.
