% 15.10.2018 The petitioner claims to be a regular street vender who was vending and carrying on the trade of selling Pan, Bidi, Cigarette outside Volga restaurant 'B' block Connaught place, New Delhi.

The petitioner had filed an earlier writ petition bearing No.7796/2017 seeking a direction to the respondent to allow the petitioner to change the trade of selling non-licensable items except imported item and Electronic goods. Today, the petitioner who is present in Court reiterates his submission made on the last date of hearing that he would only sell mobile accessories. In view of the submission made, Mr.Peechara, counsel for the NDMC submits that the change of trade would be allowed.

Mr.Kashyap, counsel for the petitioner submits that in case at a future date the petitioner wishes to change his trade he would approach the NDMC again. In view of the stand taken by counsel for the parties, with these directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
