O R D E R

% 26.09.2017 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.378/2017, under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Narela, Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in the above case from the police officials of Police Station Narela, Delhi. Counsel further submits that the petitioner has sold the property vide registered sale deed dated 21.01.2001 which is duly registered and civil suit is pending in respect of the same. Counsel further submits that the petitioner has already joined the investigation and she is further ready to join the investigation as and when directed to do so. Counsel further submits that nothing is to be recovered from the possession of the

present petitioner and the allegations as alleged in the FIR are false and baseless.

Learned APP for the State opposes the bail application and submits that the petitioner has sold the land without title, however, on instructions from the IO he submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. In these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to join further investigation as and when directed and in the event of her arrest, the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, on her furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned with the condition that the petitioner shall not leave the country without prior permission of the concerned Trial Court; she shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and she shall not extend threat to the complainant.

The present bail application is allowed and stands disposed of accordingly.
