CRL.M.C. 4502/2018 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent nos.2 and 3 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.72/2018 under section 279/337 IPC registered at police station Hauz Khas, which is at investigation stage, may be quashed.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3 namely Yogesh Singh and Nitish are present in Court and have been identified by HC Vijay Pal of police station Hauz Khas.

Respondent nos.2 and 3 submit that they have settled the matter with petitioner of their own free will and without

any undue force, pressure or coercion and the petitioner has compensated them by making payment of `15,000/- to each of them. They further say that they have no objection in case the aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending.

Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed against the petitioner.
