O R D E R

% 28.04.2017 Learned counsel for parties submit that subject matter of the petition stands resolved vide Compromise Deed of 27th April, 2017. In pursuance thereto, a Demand Draft No. 076726 dated 27th April, 2017 drawn for a sum of `1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lac and Fifty Thousands) on Bank of Maharashtra, Kalkaji, New Delhi in favour of Ram Prasad has been handed over by petitioner's counsel to Mr.P.N.Dwivedi, counsel for the respondent, who submits that it be clarified that Ram Prasad Yadav and Ram Prasad are one and the same person. There is no objection to the clarification sought by the respondent's counsel.

Accordingly, the impugned award is modified in terms of Compromise Deed of 27th April, 2017 which has been acted upon. A copy of Compromise Deed has been taken on record.

W.P.(C) 9472/2016

The deposit made by petitioner in terms of order of 7th October, 2016 be refunded forthwith to the petitioner along with the interest accrued thereupon, if any, by the Registry.

This petition and the application are disposed of with the aforesaid clarification.
