% 06.12.2016 By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for grant of parole for three months on the ground of getting his daughter admitted in a good school and to arrange finance for the necessities of family and for education expenses of his daughter. Name of the school was not given.

However, on inquiry made from the wife of petitioner, it was revealed that petitioner's wife intended to get the daughter admitted in S.D.S.R. School, Cheeka, Haryana. Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that, on enquiry made by the concerned police officer it has been revealed that daughter of the

petitioner has already been admitted in the school by his wife. Learned Additional Standing Counsel further submits that jail conduct of the petitioner is also not satisfactory.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, I do not find it to be a fit case to grant parole to the petitioner. Writ petition is dismissed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
