% 07.03.2017 In the status report, it has been mentioned that petitioner is a hardcore criminal. He was involved in fourteen cases. In eleven cases, he has been convicted and two cases are still pending. List of the cases has also been furnished. Petitioner was released on parole for four weeks. He did not surrender on the completion of parole period. He was arrested after seven months in another FIR No. 313/2014 under Sections 324/34 IPC registered at Police Station NDRS.

For the foregoing reasons, petition is dismissed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
