% 18.10.2016 It is stated that the refund order has been issued. Learned counsel for respondents submits that certain adjustments have been made and that the court should examine these issues. The court is of the opinion that the petitioner should approach the VATO with a suitable application. Upon receipt, the VATO shall ensure that the said application is disposed of within four weeks of its receipt.
