% 04.07.2017 This is a petition filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioners seeking a writ of habeas corpus for production of their 17 years old daughter, who is missing since 18.04.2017. Notice was issued in this matter on 30.05.2017. We are informed by the counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the State that daughter of the petitioner has been recovered and handed over to the parents by the order of the CWC. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions not to press this petition. The petition is dismissed as not pressed.
