These applications have been filed by the Defendant seeking permission to deposit the decretal amount in terms of the Judgment dated 24.07.2024, passed by this Court in the present Suits wherein this Court has The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

directed the Defendant to deposit the mesne profits at the rate of the agreed rent, which is Rs.38,400/- with annual increase of the rent by 10% per annum from 01.01.1997 till 01.06.2002. The rent and the Security amount already paid by the Defendant during this period, shall be adjusted towards the mesne profits and the Plaintiff was also awarded interest @ 6% p.a. from 01.01.1997 till the date of payment.

By way of the present applications, the Defendant seeks permission to deposit the decretal amount which has been calculated upto 31.10.2024. 3.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Defendant that in CS(COMM) 510/2016 there are two Plaintiffs and in CS(COMM) 1360/2016 there is one Plaintiff.

Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff has handed-over a letter whereby the Defendant has been requested to deposit the amount in the following manner:

"Dear Mr. Irfan, Kindly instruct the bank to issue DD for Rs. 1,53,000/- (Rs. One Lakh Fifty Three Thousand only) in the name of Sh. Tarlok Singh Sawhney to be deposited in the following bank account Bank: Deutsche Bank Branch: Sec. 18, Noida A/c Name: Tarlok Singh Sawhney A/c No. 400011763850019 IFSC: DEUT0278PBC The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

And A DD to be issued for Rest of the amount as per Judgement/Decree dt. 24/07/2024 in the name of Sawhney Brothers Escrow account Indian Overseas Bank а/с по- 144502000001547 IFSC IOBA0001445 Thanking You"

In view of the statement given by the Plaintiff, the Defendant is directed to deposit the amount in the abovementioned accounts. 6.

The applications are disposed of.
