% 30.05.2017 The learned counsel for the respondent has obtained instructions and states that the representation of the petitioner against the 'transfer order' would be decided within a period of two weeks from today. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would make an additional representation within a day in view of further developments that have taken place.

We dispose of the Writ Petition taking the statement of learned counsel for the respondent on record. Till the representation is decided, the petitioner would continue at the present post. In case the representation is decided against the petitioner, the order would not be effective for a period of seven days to enable him to challenge the same, if he so desires.
