% 09.03.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith and instead approach within a week the bench on the original side of this Court dealing with the matter arising out CS No. 180/2010, since registered as CS (Comm) 701/2017, to seek permission to have the amount of money to the credit of the judgment debtor lying there be subject to charge in terms of the decree in execution.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. Dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
