In effect, the applicant seeks modification of the timelines provided in the consent judgement and decree dated 14.02.2020, passed by my predecessor i.e. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw. 4.
Both Mr. Sudhanshu Batra and Mr. Harish Malhotra, learned senior counsel, who appear for the applicant/defendant no. 1 and the nonapplicant/plaintiff respectively, say that the application be stood over for a couple of days.

Accordingly, renotify the matter on 14.08.2020. 6.
To be noted, the matter is stood over so that some via-media can be found.

However, in order to avoid delay, a formal notice in the captioned application is also issued to the non-applicants. 7.1 Mr. A. Maitri accepts notice for the non-applicant/plaintiff while Ms. Kamini Jaiswal accepts notice for non-applicant/defendant no. 2. 8.
Both the non-applicants will, in any event, file their replies to the captioned application in the meanwhile.
