Counsels for the parties state that parties have settled the matter before the mediation centre and therefore this appeal be disposed of in view of the settlement.
Counsels for the parties agree that parties will be bound by the settlement agreement dated 29.5.2017 and which settlement agreement is in the nature of an agreement under Order 23 Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC).
The settlement agreement dated 29.5.2017 will form a decree between the parties.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of in view of the settlement agreement arrived at between the parties.
