% 19.05.2017 Petitioner has filed this writ petition against the orders dated 6th July, 2016 and 6th September, 2016 passed by the respondent no. 1. It is prayed that these orders be declared as null and void and respondent no. 1 be directed to revive the licence.

It has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that both these orders are appealable orders and that petitioner had filed an appeal against these orders, which has been disposed of by the Appropriate Authority, vide Annexure R-2 to the counter affidavit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order dated 6th

December, 2016, passed in the said appeal, will now be challenged by initiating appropriate proceedings.

He seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. A.K. PATHAK, J.
