Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties have settled the matter and by this petition the petitioner had sought quashing of FIR No. 506/2016 under Sections 448/457/427/506 IPC registered at PS Kotla Mubarakpur on merits.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of the FIR in question on the basis of compromise. Leave and liberty granted.
