W.P.(C) 4793/2017 The present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "In the above said circumstances, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to;

i.

Pass an order/direction or a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ directing the Respondent to allow the Petitioner to appear in the Entrance Examination; and

ii.

And pass any other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." It appears that the relief, which has been sought has become infructuous, inasmuch as the entrance examination for MBBS in AIIMS was on May 28, 2017 i.e yesterday. It also appears that for that reason, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even on the second call. The petition is dismissed in default.
